21.09.2009 - Olympian Brasov-Cristian-ZEUS The first Olympian Logistics Park in Romania - Now open for occupancy
The Olympian Parks Project is a major industrial & logistics network being developed throughout Romania, and available for occupancy from autumn 2009.
The project is an investment by GE Real Estate and Helios Phoenix, which comprises the development of three A Class logistics parks in Brasov-Cristian, Bucuresti-Chiajna and Timisoara.

14.05.2008 - GE Real Estate and Helios-Phoenix start contruction for the Olympian Logistic Parks Network in Q2 2008
The GE Real Estate and Helios-Phoenix joint venture will initially develop six A Class logistics and distribution warehouses, totaling 315,000 sq m, located in the largest cities of Romania, with close access to highways and major roads, and some located in the proximity of airports. The developments are being undertaken in response to the ongoing demand for high quality industrial warehouse and logistics facilities across Romania underpinned by its strong GDP growth.
The first six logistics parks to be delivered are located in Bucharest, Timisoara, Constanta, Brasov, Cluj and Oradea. Construction to commence in the second quarter of 2008 for three out of the six sites - Brasov, Chiajna and Timisoara with the following three sites - Cluj, Constanta and Oradea planned to begin construction in the third quarter of 2008.
